Description 

Oud Ispahan Esprit de Parfum does not simply make the original louder; it redraws it with sharper contrasts. Cumin and clove open the fragrance with immediate heat, creating a dry, almost tactile spice that gives the composition a darker and more concentrated character.

At its centre is rose, but here the floral note feels richer and more honeyed, surrounded by spice rather than softness. Oud anchors the base with considerable depth, allowing the rose and spices to hover above it while the fragrance gradually becomes warmer and more enveloping. The result is opulent, intense and intentionally excessive—a concentrated interpretation of Oud Ispahan that pushes its rose, oud and spice facets further. Dior’s Esprit de Parfum was created by Francis Kurkdjian and officially centres on clove, cumin, honeyed rose and oud.
