Return & Refund Policy

At RALYD LTD, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

Customers have 5 days to return eligible products.

  • If the product is delivered to the customer, the return window starts from the delivery date.
  • If the delivery date is unavailable, the return window starts from the order fulfillment date plus a reasonable transit buffer.

Requests made outside this 5-day window may not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons associated with skincare, fragrance, and beauty products, only unused, unopened, and untampered items are eligible for return.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The item delivered is damaged or expired
  • The wrong item was delivered

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged on delivery)

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged item, wrong item, or defect), return shipping is free of charge.

Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

Where applicable, approved returns may be exchanged for the correct or replacement item, subject to availability.
